Shipping & Returns



We aim to make your shopping experience smooth, whether you’re ordering online or visiting us in-store.

Shipping
• We offer UK-wide delivery on most items (excluding furniture), with standard and express options at checkout.
• Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order has been dispatched.

Furniture Delivery
• Local delivery available within Shrewsbury and nearby areas — please contact us to arrange.
• All other furniture is collection only from our shop at 68 Wyle Cop, Shrewsbury.
• If you’d like to arrange a third-party courier, we’re happy to assist with collection coordination.

Returns

In-Store Purchases:
We do not offer returns for change of mind on in-store purchases. If an item is faulty or not as described, please return it within 14 days with proof of purchase and we’ll be happy to help.

Online Orders:
You have 14 days from the day after your order arrives to request a return for a full refund — even if you just change your mind.
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Email us at hello@badulifestyle.com to start the return.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
• Refunds include standard delivery costs only.

Vintage Designer Handbags:
Each bag is a one-off, pre-owned item.
• In-store: No returns unless faulty.
• Online: You may return within 14 days, but the bag must be unused, in original packaging, and include any certificates of authenticity.

Non-Returnable Items:
• Opened skincare/beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
