Returns Policy
We hope you love your purchase from Badu Lifestyle, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns.
In-Store Purchases
We do not offer returns or refunds for in-store purchases unless an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. If there’s an issue with your item, please bring it back to us within 14 days, along with proof of purchase, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
Online Orders
If you’ve placed an order online, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it — no questions asked.
To start a return, just email us at (email) with your order number.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 14 days of notifying us.
• You’ll receive a full refund, including standard delivery costs (we can’t refund any upgraded delivery options).
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Furniture
All furniture is collection only and sold as final sale. Returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged. If you’re arranging a courier, please inspect the item at pick-up or on delivery, as we can’t accept responsibility for damage during third-party transport.
Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
